I want to send my STD out super early as I have a lot of OO country guests! Do you think it's necessary to include the hotel block info. at this time, or wait for invites? TIA! PS-any great sites for STD besides VistaPrint and Magnet Queen?

I didn't do them, but the last 4 I received all came with hotel info on a separate card.

I have a large amount of out of country guests too. I put the hotel info with the STDs so that they can start planning their trips. I have family coming in from as far away as Australia and New Zealand and wanted to let them know about hotel accommodations well in advance of any invitations going out - especially since 90% of them are builing my wedding into a bigger vacation.

Everyone at my wedding will be an OOTer, so I am def putting the hotel info with the STD.

I'm putting my hotel cards in with my STD's only for my OOT'ers. But I also put the info on my wedding website, which is on the STD also for everyone else.

I typically wouldn't but if you have a lot of OOT guests then they might find it very helpful so in your case I say do it!

Hotel info goes in your invitations, not your STD. However, we included our wedding website on the STD and our website has all of the hotel info.

We put our Hotel Blocks on our Wedding Website. When we sent out our STD's we included the website address.
