Hmm... do you want to emphasize that it's a Thursday so people are ready for that, or do you want to de-empmphasize the Thursday because your reception is Friday?
On looks alone, though, I'm actually most drawn to the third.

I have a thing for the beach and beach water so I loove #2 and #1 is a close second choice. I dont' think you can go wrong either way. Number 3 is a little boring for my taste.
