You can pick from their designs or design your own. And there are usually deals going on (sign up for their emails) which make it even cheaper...

i just ordered from totally wedding magnets their customer service was great! but i havent seen the finished product yet... Depending on quantity, if you get 150 or more thy are 79cents each and they include envelopes

I ordered mine from Vista Print and they came out awesome. You customize them and you can add your picture and everyone loved them.

Make sure you get use the 90% off summer clearance links to save half off. (They always have this promotion, but change the name depending on the season)
I am a graphic designer and I think I am designing our own large (5.4 x 4.2) magnets for my STDs from vistaprint. With shipping, I think they are going to come out to $.55 per magnet (ordering 200)

I designed these myself on photoshop and they used vista print. look for the 50% off coupon. i got 200 for 80. and i did the 7 day shipping and it came in like 4 days!
123print.com small ones are 80 for $24.95 + shipping...i got my e-party invites there.

What was so great about them was they allowed me to purchase in increments of 10, and I didn't need a minimum of 100. I'm not having a large wedding, so I didn't need many. I was able to order 70 magnets, and they were $0.60 each.
