FH suggested sticking the STD in xmas cards, which I think is a great idea to save on postage. But I am looking at them and realize that he addressed them to '*** Family'...which a xmas card should be...but will they assume that their kids are invited to the wedding too? Our STD's say 'Formal Invitation to Follow'...but what do you think?

I ran into this problem with my Christmas cards and STDs
so I addressed the envelope to Mr. and Mrs and then inside the card I wrote and family. Hopefully it will be ok??

i was going to do the same thing, but i had the same dilemma.
i'm not inviting all of my Dad's cousins' kids....so I sent separate STDs.

id put it in a lil envelope inside the Christmas card and write on that MR & MRS so ppl wont get confused this way you can still mail it now and save on postage!

great idea! just make sure they're not too heavy and require extra postage
