STD opinions

I think this save the date is super cute and I can totally make them myself. I showed them to FH and he thinks its corny, but said he doesn't care if I do them.

Honest opinions please....Would you think this is corny if you received it? Should I stick with a more standard one?

That is not corny at all! Honestly I think any idea a person comes up with is almost certainly a good one because it shows your personality. Go for it! You can easily use your wedding colors.

I think its really original and original STD's are refreshing.

The only thing I would check is the postage. Is that a real pencil? that might cost a lot if it is.

love this! Are they from a shop on etsy?
I met girls at a new York magazine bridal show that make these and they have a TON of cute wedding items on etsy.

to me, corny is a good thing haha i think it is really cute and different, go for it!

the one thing i would *consider* changing is the date so that it has the date in month day, year format. it may sound silly but i think it brings more focus to the date and it's clearer/easier to remember. JMO though......but either way, i definitely like the STD!

Love it! I'd be worried about the postage on the pencil also. Maybe use a golf pencil? If it is expensive, it's still cute without the pencil!
