I'm getting my Save the Dates ready for mailing....I'm doing magnets. Do you think I need to include a note card or can I just drop the magnet in an envelope and send it like that???? What are you doing???

I think you can send it out just like that. That's how i sent mine out. Your guests will get the message. Don't even bother with extra work.

I think it's fine, anything else you'd write on a card is probably already on the STD!

I'm sending out little cards with my magnets but only that have info about the room blocks. I have so many OOT people I want to get that info out asap.

I INCLUDED THE INFO FOR THE HOTELS WE BLOCKED IN CASE PEOPLE WANT TO BOOK THEM EARLY ALONG WITH A SMALL NOTE.

i put my magnet on a notecard thing, i got them at a stationary store for 20 cards for $1.00 i used rubber cement to attach them. I just didnt want to place a magnet in an envelope.

i received one about a month ago that was just the magnet (and a business card-sized note which gave the name of the hotel at which the b&g blocked rooms). I don't think you need a note card! it's a waste of money and will go in the trash when the magnet goes on the fridge.

I sent ours w/a note it went like this 'Our Wedding Day is fast approaching and we can't wait. So put this magnet on the fridge and be sure to save the date.' My magnets were blue so I used blue paper and a pink font in script. Hope it helps

i sent my out with just the magnet..I understand if you want you include info on hotels otherwise I do thing its a waste of money...

I put an insert in that told guests to check the website for up-to-date info. like hotels, directions, etc. Mine go out in a few days! Still need some addresses!

I think a magnet with your wedding info and beautiful pic is self-explanatory. The only thing we may add is the hotel information.
