STD Questions

S I have two STD questions. I am just not too sure of what is proper to do!!!

1. Our ceremony is in a different town than the reception. Which town should we put on the STD? Or do we put both?

2. Do we have to send them to everyone? Like I know we are inviting my fathers boss but does he get one? I was thinking about just sending them out to the people who I know are definately invited and are very close to us.

STD Questions

1. We ran in to the same problem and ultimately just put Long Island, NY on our STD....it is inmy album if you want to take a look.

2. You dont have to send one to everyone, but we did because our wedding is on a friday and we wanted to give people enough time to take off from work if they needed.

1. We didnt put a town. I would suggest the church maybe? I have no clue sorry.

2. NO! We have an A and B list and only sent to the A. Remember whoever you send a STD to, you pretty much are obligated to invite them to the wedding so just go through your list carefully. JMO

STD Questions

Hi when it came to our std we put down the location of where our reception was. We are having the cermony and the rh at the same place so it didn't matter. I would just put long island, ny as well. Also I don't think you have to send a std to everyone. Only those who you really want to be there.

1. we forgot to put a town & formal invite to follow... lol but all our info is on the website, which we listed.

2. no way! we have an A & a B list but only got 100 STDs and wanted to save a few so we only sent to definite definite As (not all As!) you have to be careful not to send to anyone you might change your mind about and also not to send to some and not all of a 'group' - aka work/ friends/ etc.

Thanks! I think we are just going to put the town the reception is and then they will know where the church is when they get the invite. I was just stressing a bit because we have to make sure the guests know it isn't where we live because we have a TON of OOT guests.

2. NO, no, no. I'm sending STDs to everyone who was invited to the engagement party and some co-workers (who we were not able to invite to the e-party). We will have others who are invited to the wedding but who will not get a STD.
