when you view your std, press on the button on your keyboard that says 'print screen'...then go into paint and click on paste. Cut out just the STD, because it had copied your whole screen. Then click on file new, paste the std and save as

You're welcome and yes it should definitely work. Any site that wont let you save the pic or anything like that, just do that, I always do and never had a prob
