std with xmas cards or separate ?

Okay...need to figure out how to send my std- ( a small magnet - blue sky background with a sunflower and pretty script )


i was at kolhs and spent 24$ on 50 hallmark christmas cards - they have silver inside of envelope and the front of the card is blue sky with a donkey, sleep and child looking up at the star-filled sky. the inside says 'heavenly peace to you and yours' i figured something like this would go better with the summer sunflower than with frost the snowman..

then i went to michaels and found 10 packs of cards for a dollar each! i spent 6 dollars for 60 cards/ envelopes! these have a pretty blue D -the font of this D has flowers surrounding it and the inside of the card is a sky blue which peeks out and shows a strip of blue on the bottom of the front under the D. the D can stand for DH's last name or 'Date' and I can either cut slits into the card or double sided tape inside.

I usually send christmas cards although not 50 of them... and i think i'd rather send out the stds separate ...i really should take the time to figure out how to post pictures.. but in the meantime what do u think by what the description says ?

maybe i can return 1/2 the christmas cards... if i send stds too..

.41 cents x 50 christmas cards/std= $ 20.5 once for twice? 40 bucks

although if i only send christmas cards to who i usually do then it would be more like

.41 x 25 = 10.25 plus std -20 = 30 bucks

or just in the christmas cards - 20 bucks

or only std and no christmas cards- 20 bucks

but then again -some people i do not have to mail - maybe save money that way.. can hand deliver them?

in the long run, its not that much money in comparison and then its a matter of what card i like more for my std ?
