I already sent out my STD's for a particular date and the name of the venue was on them, but now i had to change my venue and my date how should i address this to my guests? Also i may not be inviting them all since i am having a much smaller wedding.

Send them a card telling them that youre sorry but the date has been changed and so has the venue.
eta ..i would do a handwritten personal note to everyone
