STD wording

I want to put the hotel info on the STD and want to let people know that they should book early to make sure we reserved enough rooms. We can always add-on but we will be financially obligated if we over estimated the number.

So far, I was thinking......

A limited number of hotel rooms have been set aside at ______ located at________(phone number) for $___ per night. We recommend reserving your room early to ensure the discounted rate. Please mention the ___-____ wedding when you reserve your room.

Tacky? Should i put the price of the room? Is there a better way to word this?

What about the part about reserving early.

TIA!!

I would not put the rate but rather: A block of rooms have been set aside at a discounted rate.

Definitely put the rate of the room. They need to know how much they will be paying when they go to book it.

For your convenience, we have reserved rooms at ______________. To make a reservation please contact the hotel directly. Be sure to mention the Doe/Doe wedding to recieve our preferred rate.

What about the part about telling them to book early. Is that obnoxious?
