STD...help!

I ordered STD magnets and I absoultely love them. Unfortunately, the envelopes that the magnet/card fit in are a small size.
I tried to print on them myself and the envelope got crushed in the printer. Kinko's couldn't do it either. I think it would look funny to put the little envelope into a larger one.
Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get them printed on? I didn't want to spend a fortune just on STD's. Did anyone hand write them???

You can go buy clear address labels, print on those, they'll look great!

Otherwise, theres NOTHING wrong with just handwriting them in! I handwrote my thankyou cards for the e-party because I had similar printing problems...

I wasn't thrilled about using clear labels either, because you can still see they are labels, but it wasn't too bad.

I handwrote mine. I felt like the STDs were informal, so it was okay.
If I had done them all at once, I might have felt differently (can you say hand cramp?).
Hmmmm, so I guess I should be grateful to FH and his family for taking 3 months to give me all the addresses
