STD/Invitation Question

STD/Invitation Question

So I sent out my STD's last week and one of my friends emailed me back that he can't make it.

Should I even bother sending him an invited when the time comes.....especially because he already said he couldn't make it?

I would still send him the invitation out of courtesy.

I didnt send out STDs but my co-workers do know the date of my wedding. One of them already told me that she can't make it but I am sending her an invite anyway, just out of courtesy.
