I got mine from my friends store. Not too expensive. He owns Marty's Party in Bayville (and his dad owns the one in Oyster Bay on 106).

I got mine from A Giftful Heart...they were mid-priced. I found it to be cheaper than magnet street, etc., but more than Vista Print. They're good quality in terms of thickness, but I felt that the colors weren't true and that our pictures had a blue tinge to them (like the yellow ink was running low). They did reprint them at no cost to me, but the second run was only marginally less blue so at that point it was just like forget it.
