STD's and hotel info.

Hi, I have found this board to be useful but have not posted yet. I am planning on sending out my STD magnets with the hotel mapcards. The only thing the mapcards aren't personalized (they were sent from the hotel) and I was only able to reserve 30 rooms but there may be more than 30 rooms needed so I was thinking about including a letter/card that says

'enclosed please find information about the hotel we reserved rooms at for our wedding for the weekend of ---. We were only able to reserve a limited number of rooms, so if you have diffiuclty reserving a room, please call so and so (the sales manager) to reserve a room.'

Then, I would put all 3 (the magnet, mapcard, and letter) in one envelope and mail them out. I would like to do a monogram on the letter as well or a design, which computer program is good for that?
