STD's from Vistaprint

Sooo late last night I ordered my STD and once the order was placed for 200 of them, I accidentally ordered 300 more
At the end of the order they gave a special price to order 300 more and I clicked it to see if I could change the quantity and it automatically ordered 300 more, no confirmation page or anything!
I tried calling and writing an email last night but they were closed. I called first thing this morning and they already shipped the full amount!!!
I explained what happened and they didn't even argue with me and issued a refund for the 300 additional STD's
I am so happy, my FH was already making fun of me last night because of this. Granted we are still getting the full 500 STD's but at least we're not paying for them

it took me 2 weeks to get mine from them

I just had the same exact situation when I made my FH's business cards! That 'bonus buy' does not give you a confirmation! There is this teeny tiny little text all the way on the bottom of the page that states clicking 'purchase' will automatically add to your original confirmation. I also called them to complain, and they gave me all of his business cards - FOR FREE! WHOO HOO!!

Now I have a store credit with them for invitations! YEEEAAAA!!!

Vistaprint is great!
