This might be a stupid question but do you send the hotel info to everyone or just the oot people? If it is just the ott than what about the people that want to stay at the hotel that live locally? Do I just tell them? TIA

I sent it to OOT'ers and BP members with the STD's. Then I sent it to everyone with the invites.

I'm sending it to everyone that's getting a STD. They release the rooms about a month before the wedding, so I want to make sure people have enough time to book their room.

I sent the hotel info to everyone that got a save the date. We ordered from Vistaprint and the min order was for 100 so we figured might as well use them.
EDIT: also, for our situation, even though a lot of people are not OOT we are still going to have a lot of people staying at the hotel near the RH (I know practically my whole family will).

We included hotel information on our wedding website which was on the save the date. But for the older less tech savvy relatives that were OOT we included a hotel information insert. :)
