How would you include hotel block info on the STDs-- just write which hotel has a block of rooms or include that card that the hotel provides. Any examples would be great!!!

I just included a small card in the envelope with the STD that said something along these lines:
Accomodations Hotel rooms are on reserve at a discounted rate until July 14th at:
The Holiday Inn Address Phone number
Please reference promotional code ---- when booking.

I got my STDs on magnetstreet.com and they have these cards that attach to the magnet, and you can print hotel info on the back of the card. I just put that we had blocked rooms and directed people to our website for more info.

I did cards - not magnets - and put the hotel info on the back. It basically said the following:
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the __________ for the discounted rate of $_____ per night.
Rooms must be booked no later than September 14, 2009. Rooms can be reserved by calling ______________. You must mention the ___________ Wedding to receive the discounted price. You may also reserve your room by logging onto www._____________.com and using the group/convention code: _____
Transportation between the hotel and catering hall will be provided for guests staying at the hotel. We ask that you reserve your room early so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

On my daughter's save the date card, she told people to go to her website for further information. There she had all of the hotel information listed.

I did my save-the-date magnets and put them in a card which included the room block information. It states the hotel, rate, nights we have the block, and the date the block will be held until. A large portion of our guest list are out-of-towners so we want to give them as much advance notice as possible. All of the information will also be on our website.

I had the hotel info on the back of our STDs because it was a really busy weekend so wanted people to know to book early.
