steak strips

Hi.

I bought these pepper steak strips. I would like to season the up and marinate them before frying them.

What can I use to give it a nice kick? Maybe worsterchire sauce, steak sauce etc. I just want something a little different and funky.
What should I season them up with before the marinating?

Thanks.
