We got our steel drum band through Franklin Wayne - who we booked our band with. It was $500 for the hour - but that was last year. I think the last I heard, it ws $600.
We got ours through Dance Jock, (our DJ company) and I can't for the life of me remember how much it cost. Sorry! They were amazing though, and I'd use them again in a minute!
Get in tune has one for 350$ but its just one person
My reception is at Land's End and they recommend 2 steel drum bands: Blue Bamboo (631-261-7640 or 631-588-2515) and Steel Sensations (718-464-2280 or 718-479-4152). I think they're both in the $500 range. I thought Blue Bamboo was much more professional (I think I spoke with Craig at the first number - has was really nice). We ultimately decided not to go the steel drum route, but if we had, I would have booked Blue Bamboo.
