steel drum band prices

has anyone gotten price quotes about a steel drum band (or even a single steel drummer) for the CH?

FH and I think it would be a lot of fun, but aren't sure if it fits the budget (uch, stupid budget!)

I have a few friends that play steel pan and I am having steel drum 4 my ceremony. The persom I'm using has great prices.

I have been thinking of doing this also. I called on dj yesterday, Parties Alive, and they said it's a $325 add on. I think it's gotta be cheaper if I look around though.

We went with li sound for our dj and they have the steel drum band (we are using it for cocktail hour) their price seemed reasonable

We used Steel Sensation and they were amazing! I found out that a lot of the DJ companies book them so I contacted them directly. It was definitely cheaper than having a company mark them up so whoever you get make sure you go to them direct!
