Steel drum bands

Steel drum bands

Planning on having a steel drum band for the CH. My RH recommended Steel Impressions, which I prices already but I'm wondering if anyone out there knows of some more that I can price!

I already booked by DJ and his steel drummers are more expensive than the quote I received from Steel impressions so that's not an option!

Any recommendations?

If steel impressions is less that your DJ then I'd prob go with them. I only know of getting it through the DJ or through that company.

if you're trying to save money, you could also just get a steel drummer, rather than the entire steel band.

i'm getting mine at a discounted price through the DJ since that same guy is also our percussionist (so he doesn't have to come especially for the CH)

My DJ, After hours, has a steel drum band and you can book them even if you already have a DJ.They are a vendor on here

i am using willy cruz.. . . he allows you to choose the number of people you want and prices are based on that... i chose to go with just him playing the steel drum ad singing with tracks because i couldn't justify spending all the extra money for just the one hour

we used steel sensations. They are on youtube. Everyone loved them. they did an awesome job. The CH was a hit. I think we paid 1k for a 5 people for an hour.
