FH has a stepmom who is more of a mom to him then his bio mom. Is it weird that I include her a little more then the bio mom? Should I even be asking his step mom's input?

You can't help the fact you feel closer to his step mom than his bio mom. i think its nice that you would like to include both of them into the mix since they play a role in his life and will now be playing a role in your life as well.

im closer with my Stepmom that my birth mom, she will be my 'real mom ' the day of and on the invites as well. its a personal preference but I don't think its weird at all

I have a stepmom and a stepdad and while I'm closer to my bio parents, I'm including them in the wedding. You definitely don't want to not include his biomom at all.
