Ok...so I bought these really cute wedge sandals back in April and I loved them so I threw out the receipt..... I probably wore these shoes 10 times and the bottom sole started pealing off....so I brought them to the store and they took them back and gave me another pair but the one girl said that I should always keep receipts from them because their shoes are known to do that!
I am happy that I got another pair but I asked if this happens again would I be able to return these and they said that since i didn't have the original receipt I would not be able to do anything. I think that is crazy because I am inspecting the new shoes and I am scared they are going to fall apart!

OMG this used to happen to me with their stuff all the time. I eventually just stopped buy SM shoes bc it would end up being a waste of $$$

The frustrating thing is when I bought the shoes they were close to $100 and they are marked down to $40!! Probably because they fall apart on everyone! But they are so cute!!! Stupid shoes!

Yea, Steve Madden shoes probably only cost 3 dollars to make. They are SO overpriced- it's not even funny. It's sad because they are such cute shoes but the quality has gone down hill since the 90's.

the rubber on the bottom of one of my SM heels came off... still duno how that happened! didnt wear them that much either
