Steve's Pier One?

Does anyone know if Steve's Pier One is closed in the winter? I tried calling them last night and there was a message saying that the phone number I dialed was temporarily disconnected. I didn't know if they were no longer open or just closed for the winter. Any info would be great. Thanks!

PS - Steamboat Landing doesn't answer their phone either. Are they closed?
