When we booked they said it was included, but it wasn't written in the contract. It was when they were having troubles with management, so I called, and they said it was going to be an additional $250!! Needless to say DH and I were livid!! I demanded they include it, which he finally did, after I threatened to use my 'Internet bridal connections' to let them know it was a fraud!! I would call if it wasn't written on your contract...I can't believe it's almost here!!!!!!!!!

Damn I have to pay for mine, oh well $200. You know now Im ****ed.

SMCC is getting on my nerves. Im still dissapointed with a couple of things

Wacky - went thru some HELL with them for a while, but the day of, you have no worries - everything was perfect!!

Wacky, they were killing me with the small stuff too.

For our cake design we wanted to have those swiss dots put on it. At first they were like the florist decorates the cake! I cant describe the emotion I had when I asked 'So I have to tell my florist to go to the bakery and borrow a piping bag to put dots on the cake? Wouldn't a baker that can make a basket weave design be able to handle dots?'

It really does come together beautifully! I think between having to deal with this nonsense plus being so close to the wedding my nerves were much closer to the surface, but they should know this!

Edited to add: IrishTracy, we had valet included in our contract.
