I got the mat...I replaced the blade...and nothing...the best it does is rip the paper...

I'm ready to get rid of it...

its a cutting/stencil system...

its a closed stencil (only a thin line for the shape) rather than having the whole shape cut out of the stencil

the blade is not stationary, but instead it can rotate so you can easily manipulate the curves of what you are cutting...and since its closed...you just have to guide the knife through
