how come u dont have central heating? or is this something only bldngs have?

When is your next delivery supposed to happen? That's weird - I know most companies will come for emergencies, which a price of course.

i'm pretty sure central heating still runs on fuel...

I don't know if this is normal routine or not but, I think your oil company should have at least contacted you to let you know that you may need another fill up. My oil company comes when they feel that we need more based on the last delivery.

We have a contract with them so I don't know if that has anything to do with that or not.

I would definitely talk to them about this if that's the case.
