Still didnt receive invitations- FREAKING OUT

so my wedding is June 20th and we ordered our invitations from a girl on Etsy and she is even doing our addresses on the invitations BUT BUT BUT I havent received them yet!!! I'm starting to freak- I'm 2 months from the wedding and I feel like the invitations should have gone out already- am I cutting it really close?????????

we still have to stuff them and stamp them when they get here....

did you contact her to see how much longer? if you receive them soon you'll be fine trust me. I had an invitation person mess up on when to send it to me, i was supposed to receive them March 17, and for some reason she thought april 17th i contacted her a 2nd time on like march 20-something and said she needs to send out ASAP she said they wont be done until april 17th and ill receive them april 19th lol. I ended up making the invitations myself, the exact ones i ordered from her. So i sent out my invites 6 weeks before the wedding about which is what they say though but i freaked out bc everyone on here sends earlier. I have to say that my responses poured in. I was getting like 12 a day or so and after 2 weeks of sending them out i had about 200 responses back. It worked out fine. Don't freak out just yet, contact the lady and find out. Also the stuffing and stamps get help and you'll get it done in a day.

thanks!! I talk with her thru email and the last email i got said that my status changed to 'ready to ship' but nothing after that- that was a week ago- I've emailed her TWICE since then and no response- I just wanna know if they went out already, how they're coming (fed ex, reg mail etc...) or if not when they will go out!!!

hmmm if its ready to ship then she should've sent out already since this was a week ago or if not then real soon. Do you know if there was an extra charge for shipping such as Fedex, if not then maybe she is sending regular mail. Hopefully she responds back very soon. Its good though that you at least know they are ready. I hope you get them soon, maybe you'll get it this week

okay keep breathing!!! that would freak me out too but I am sure they are on the way and if you sent STD most people will know anyway. .. I hope they come QUICK!!!! but you should be fine as long as they go out in the next week or so. .

NO STD's were sent out!!! LOL LOL so this is why i'm freakin- not to mention like everyone in our family is like 'so when should i expect the invitation'... 'the invitations went out right'

That makes a lot of sense to me b/c sometimes I feel like my rsvps were slow/ or NEVER came b/c there was SO MUCH time that people put them aside for 'later' and then just forgot.

UPDATE!!! i FINALLY got in touch with the girl- i left her message then she left me one and i finally got her on the phone- they are being shipped this thursday with priority shipping so I should get them by satruday!

i am cutting it CLOSE- but at least i know they're done and coming this week- phewwwwwwwww

so I just have to stuff them with the hotel information-
weigh it at the post and get postage for them

you'll definitely get it done in one day, have people help you and make it easier on yourself. Glad to hear they're on their way and don't worry you'll be just fine, like i said ppl will respond right away instead of putting it away and forgetting about it. Just think of it this way, by next week you'll be getting rsvp's.

Whew, I'm glad this is working out! I was starting to feel my blood pressure rising just reading about your struggles!!

You'll get everything by Saturday and you'll be at the P.O. Monday with everything in hand! No worries, and about 2 weeks to spare.

i did call her and they should be here on saturday- she said monday the latest!!!
but i'm all prepared and will get them out in one day
hey you finding as much trouble as i am booking a hotel for OOT guests??? its the US Open that weekend and all the hotels in RIVERHEAD (which makes no sense since the us open is in bethpage) are ALL booked so my hotel is 20 minutes away! SO ANNOYING- thank god for shuttles......
