They sent us home the other week after we took a long trip out to them. They told us to look around more because their time is precious and if they spend 1 hr with us - we better buy our rings or get lost. I've received 2 phone calls in the last week from them inviting me back into the showroom for 1)to reschedule the visit I supposedly never took
2) to come back to the showroom to look at wedding bands.
Why would I go back there - my time is valuable too. I really thought that this was bad customer service.
