still no mortgage............

after over 2 months......we still don't have a mortgage.....and the mortgage processor is officially a moron

luckily, the sellers aren't quite ready to move just yet, so we won't lost the place....but it's getting a little frustrating.
I was promised I would be approved this morning......

I can only imagine that this is the type of frustration we are headed for....
