I don't think you have to have a veil for your first fitting. Maybe you could go to Fantasyland in Patchogue, they seem to have a lot of them.

no, you just won't know what they look like literally together at the fitting...the veil and any headpiece is likely the least important item for a fitting.

i still don't have mine and i had my first fitting w/out it. actually, i asked them to bring me in few diff. lengths to try on during my fitting, so that i could decide on which length. does your place have veils to try on with dress?

What a relief...I got my dress from Macy's Bridal in Manhasset. I'm pretty sure they have veils there. I just like to freak out over everything. I am driving myself crazy!!!!!

I don't think it is very improtant to have your veil for your first fitting

You could always bring your veil to your 2nd ir 3yrd fitting to get the full effect.

I didn't have my veil on with my 1st fitting... you still have time...

I just ordered my veil like 2 weeks ago and my fitting is next week so I probably won't have it in time. I don't think it's necessary.

Nah... I wouldn't worry. I had mine for my fitting but it isn't necessary.

Yes, Macys will have plenty of veils there. I'm sure you could find one similar to try on with your dress to get the full effect.
