with my hair and makeup trial. i'm using my regular hair stylist and i had one trial with her. the hair came out ok, just didnt like the front but i know what i'm going to have her do differently.
now with the makeup - i brought in a couple of pictures of makeup i liked and then she did her thing. she steered away from the pictures and went heavier with the eye shadow on my eyes and she didn't curl my lashes. when i look at the pictures, i dont like it, but my FH said it looked much different in person compared to the pictures we took at the salon. but i really think i want her to stick to the pictures i showed her. and i dont really have the time or the money to spend on another trial since my wedding is next weekend
do you think it will be ok if i make her stick to the pictures on the wedding day or should i spend more money and find time to do another trial? i also feel kinda silly going back for another trial lol.

honestly if you are not happy w/ the makeup then do another trial... you want to make sure you are 100% completely happy on your wedding day!

Don't feel silly to go back for another trial. I had gone to my regular stylist for an updo trial (I didn't post pics cause it looked HID), so I made an appt for another trial, this time all down and she nailed it!!

I guess you could go back for another trial or day of, bring the picture and have her stop once she's done a certain part, like eye shadow, mascara, etc. If it's not the way you like it, make her take it off you and do it over. You are paying her and rather then sit there for an hour and hate how it turns out do this. You could always try to find someone else too.

Def have another trial, you dont want to be unhappy with your makeup and hair on your wedding day. And if she begins to do her own thing call her out on it. Thats your money she should be doing what you want not what she wants lol.

last time when she did her own thing, i had no idea until she was all done and showed me in the mirror. and i felt bad like i couldnt say that i didnt like it lol. but it's been bothering me, so i just made another appt for a trial. im gonna make her stick to my pictures just so that i at least have 2 different styles to compare and pick which one i like better on me. thanks ladies!

LOL bring someone with you to keep any eye on her, and have them correct her when she begins to stray off from your sample photos :)
