We called to confirm on Sat. he sent it out on Mon. It's going from Selden to FH's house in BK and it's still not there (mail came today already).
I don't know if maybe the post had issues cause of the weekend storm? But I'm impatient!

I DID call him, he said he mailed it Monday... which either means he got the address wrong and it'll go back to him (he was in the car on his cell so he couldn't verify) OR the post office is delayed because of the storm nonsense. So I dunno. But FH is all what's the deal with that? And I'm all, how the eff am I supposed to know? The guys wants us to sign, he's not gonna not send the contract, so shut up already, lol.
Cat: I asked him originally to email to us instead of snail mail and he said he couldn't because of the way the contract is generated... I dunno. I would have preferred that though, bc honestly, he doesn't want to take a check, so I could have just called in the CC# for the deposit on Sat if he was gonna email me.. but we don't want to put the deposit down until we see all the terms of the contract the way we want them, KWIM?
Sigh. Just have to wait. I'm not a good waiter. And FH is even WORSE.

i'm sure you'll get it by tomorrow. no worries. the impt thing is that TP acknowledges that you guys have a contract in play.
