some ideas:

CDs
DVDs
small gift cards (starbucks, dunkin donuts, fast food, itunes, whatever his preference)
gift card to the movies
netflix subscription
magazine subscription
scratch-offs
socks
underwear
t-shirts
gas card
metrocard if he uses them
razors/refills
shaving cream
shampoo
deodorant
candy
homemade cookies

How about those restaurant.com gift certificates? That way you both can treat yourselves to dinner and it's like paying for a cup of coffee lol

You can print out creative coupons for things like a backrub, homemade dinner of his choice, uninterrupted sunday football (since he claims that's my favorite time to nag him lol), etc. My FH loves those lol.
