FH and I can't put this into our tight budget, but I wanted to share because it is really one of the most unique things I have seen in awhile.
At the Chateau Briand Showcase this week, there was a company that offers Lunch Trucks (like the kind parked on the street or outside construction sites) for after your wedding. So when the guests leave and are ready to head home, they can fill up on coffee, hot cocoa, tea, etc. (in to go cups) and you decide what snacks to put in it. They can do specialty items like Krispy Cremes or just basic candy, etc.
Anyway, the cost for the truck with driver and coffee/tea/hot cocoa is around 1k. The price goes up depending on what you add to it.
Just thought this was so neat!
One of my BM'S moms is doing this for my E-party. i cant wait it was suppose to be a suprise but i asked and she told me so now im keeping it from my FH as a surprise.

lol i just responded to that post on BHB. lol. i hope it doesnt cost her an arm and a leg... it would be pretty hard to dance at your wedding with half her limbs missing. lol

I loved that truck idea... since everyone will be waiting for their car it will give them something to do!!

I saw that too, we were interested until we heard the price and that is not including the cost of what we put in the truck but, it's a great idea. They even have a newspaper that they put the couples picture on the front cover of the newspaper you choose to give your guest. I believe his prices were based on how many guest you were having because he told me 2,000 for just the truck

That is not a bad idea! It just depends on if you want to add that extra feature to your wedding.

i also saw them i though it was a neat idea but fh of corse said the guests just finished eating all night at the party do you think they would want coffee or some snack at the end of the night??

that is a really cute idea! i bet its especially good if you have a lot of big drinkers who need to get some more food and coffee in their tummys!! (like me and FH do after a night of partying lol)
it sounds like something i might look into considering. we are probably getting married in long island and alot of our family will be staying in a hotel for the night - i tihnk its something good for guests to have while they wait for the shuttle back to the hotel!

Thats what my FH said also, plus why spend that extra money when the hall offers coffee, cookies and cake at the end
