Yes, I stole this (like I said in a previous thread, I am on the 08 boards toooo much!)
Do any of you battle FH because you're a Yankees fan and hes a Mets fan or vice versa?!?!?! This is going to be a crazzzzzzy weekend for us!!!!!!
As for me... Yankees fan Mets fan
It is soooo aggravating!!! So I have been bustin his ballz about the 9 wins for yanks and 5 losses for mets hahaha I have a feelin its sooo gonna come back to bite me in the *** this weekend...
FH *thinks* his kids will be mets fans... he has another thing coming....
We are both serious diehard fans!!! It's seriously like an everyday battle for us

I used to be a Yankee fan and somewhere along the line I became a Mets fan....i dunno, maybe it was FH dragging me to millions of Mets games?? Plus, FH is VERY passionate about his sports teams

And I think I am also dragged to more mets games... It's horrible! Thats cuz the tix are always cheapies !!!

Besides the tickets being cheaper, FH uses the excuse that we go to Mets games instead of Yankees because Shea is easier to get to (which technically is true haha)

Sure it's true but I never admit to that!!! But actually I never drive to Yankee stadium... I hop on the 6 train which is literally across the street from me, get off 125th, and then head back uptown on the 4... sounds complicated but it takes a half hour and no driving involved! It's great!!
I'm so upset, I've been going to the subway series games for years now and I missed the ones at shea cuz I went to PR (soooo much better than queens if ya ask me ) & FH is away most this weekend so I'll have to watch the games at home or at the bar

I swear, James would watch elementary school sports if they were on TV. Why do you think I'm on this site so often?
Last night he was upset because we had to leave to go to a wedding at the Watermill and he wanted to watch golf. BORING.

Oh boy!! So you get no break all year round!!! god help you I deal with baseball for 6 months and then football for 4 months so I get a break of about 2 months... but then agan football isnt too bad since its really only sundays/mondays
I have to deal with hubby and his fantasy football league every year... it drives me nuts!!! i cant even imagine if he played fantasy baseball
