Stolen from '09- do you think its rude?

DO you think its rude when people ask you how big your ering is????

I dont think its necessarily rude- and when they ask I dont habe a problem answering-but I didnt mind someone inspecting me diamond for inclusions in the nail place!!!!

i think it depends on the way it is asked...what i dont like is when people just say let me see your ring and grab you hand and start breathing on it!!! that irks me lol

I agree 100%. I actually had a client at work grab my hand when she congratulated me and inspect the darn thing like she was a gemologist. Could you imagine?!

I haven't had anyone ask me that but if they ever do I can honestly answer I don't know but its perfect the way it is!

In my opinion I think it's rude! It also depends on how the person says it.

My students ask all the time...especially when I 1st got enaged and they saw my ring. But when an adult asks it just seems out of place. Like...just say it's nice and that's it...no need to ask to see the GI rating!

Heck yeah its rude ... i hate it when ppl ask HOW MUCH WAS IT .. ( um i dont know I didnt pay for it , and i dont really care
