We werent sure if we wanted to register for formal china, and then we fell in love with Lenox Venetian Lace. It has a simple criss cross lace pattern on most of the pieces, and the accent pieces have a really pretty lace design. I love it! Only wish it came with more pieces (some china sets have a million accent pieces that go along with it, ours just has a few). FH actually loves it and was really excited we got almost all of it as e-gifts.

It's hard to see the design in picture, so I also attached 2 pictures from the one time we've used it so far.

we chose venetian lace also!!! it's beautiful!

Did you register for the matching crystal glassware too? We registered for 12 of the smaller wine glasses and 12 of the water glasses but not the larger wine or the champagne. unfortunately BBB doesnt seem to have them so we added them on our Macy's registry. I'm considering registering for 2 champagne ones and using them as our toasting flutes since the lenox jubilee crystal ones are so overpriced now
