FH took me on a Bateaux cruise in the city from Chelsea Piers.....everyone was sitting eating, FH & I are fast eaters so we finished and went out on the boat deck...we were the only two outside, you could still hear the band playing music, and he asked me to dance with him to 'The Way You Look Tonight'....it was such a movie moment. I started to tear up...it was so romantic.

the night after we got engaged, we were in portland at this really 1960's andy warhol retro hotel right next to a rock club. we had dinner at this unbelievable vegetarian place around the corner, drank two bottles of ridiculous wine, got drunk and danced like idiots at the club while these 2 really great bands played, and then went back to our room and had incredible sex. besides all that, i remember THAT feeling sorta like the first day of our lives together, and i couldn't stop looking at the ring.

My most memorable moment would be in our first year of dating....FH's mother was moving to Florida (he was only 19 at the time). I told him he needed to do what he wanted to do and I didn't beg him to stay or anything. Well FH decided to stay (and struggle) living in NY pretty much on his own. If it wasn't for that we wouldn't still be together. I love that he stayed here for us
