stomach pains from atkins stuff?

anyone else get really bad pains when they eat the low carb stuff??? I have to stop eating it!!!

i have stomach issues to begin with anyway...

Some of the sugar alcohols do that to me.

I try to stick with things sweetened with Splenda rather than Malitol...

Yes beware of anything that ends in 'itol'. Malitol is a big killer...If eaten too much of you can get a really bad stomach ache. Look for stuff that is sweetened by Splenda, and always read the labels to make sure there is no Malitol, or Sorbitol, in the items you are purchasing. Most low carb items have Malitol, there are only a few that do not.

I am on Low carb, and I have a bad stomach too. I only eat certain low carb foods, and then I eat fruits, veggies and protien.
