stoopid...FH and I didn't..

order enough invitations. I got the final lists from him today. I'm looking over them and I get a big ball of dread in the pit of my stomach. I went over it 3 times (HOW MANY ****ING PEOPLE WERE ADDED?!, OMG My invitations have been in since December 1st! people were ADDED?!) before I told him. He didn't freak, I was not such a happy camper. The order will go out tomorrow with a rush on it. A big ol' EXPENSIVE mistake.

Don't worry ... all of us have made mistakes ... and will make them before 'the date' I am sure you will get the invites on time

really, go easy on yourself.. there's still time and try not to worry about the extra $$$, mistakes happen to all of us, but it behind you!

Don't worry about it. It's really not that bad and you still have time to get the new ones in. If it makes you feel any better, I think I might have made the same mistake, but I am not going to think about it till I know for sure. I ordered 150 invites and I just gave the calligrapher a list of 139. There's only 11 extras in case of anything and my father said he might need to add more people. I don't want to order more until I know for sure though.

Sorry to hear that! My FMIL kept adding people to our list and I really wanted to order the invitations. I couldn't wait anymore, so I ordered 150. That's enough for about 300 guests. There is definately no way we are inviting 300 people. My invitations came in and she gave me her list.

Thanks ladies. The order is in and it shouldn't put us too far behind our time line. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't such a disaster.

Elena, I got them right after work today! I'm double checking the lists to make sure everything is spelled right and sending the envelopes out to Inkspun on Friday. It put me about a week and a half behind for the invites. Thanks for asking
