I just did it for the first time and everything was fresh and cold...

totally worth it. Everything is under dry ice in plastic totes in the trucks. I watched them load a truck one day when i was waiting for my order to show up to a store.

i did it a few times when i was working crazy hours, but i didn't think it was good bc i didn't save any money or anything.

I only did because they sent me a coupon for $20 off my order. I don't know if I'd do it all the time, the delivery fee is 9.95 and you have to order a minimum of $60 worth of groceries. Since I shop for 2 people, most of the time I just need to pick up a few things. But I will do it those few times when its cold out, etc. or you just can't get to the grocery store...
