omg me too!!! lol sometimes i use caps like:
omg what a BIATCH
to point something out and accentuate it--- but not the entire sentence and the entire thing i write.
it's tuff to read for me sometimes too

we use caps at work for certain charting programs and i never understood it b/c it generally is harder to read when things are in all caps it actually slows your eyes down...maybe that why it gets really annoying...
