Sorry I looked but can't find it. but I use the CHI and it is the best thing ever invented. Takes away all curl, makes hair perfectly straight. NO FRIZZ

I had a CHI too and it worked great but got busted when I travelled (dam baggage handlers at the airports!!!!). Anyways, I didn't want to spend a huge amount on another one, so my Fh bought me one called INFINITI by Conair (i think it was conair or revlon). Anyways, it's great! Works just as perfect as the CHI did and for a fraction of the price :)

I had try a straightner on me last weekend at the Smith Haven Mall. It's supposed to be better for your hair. Plus it can make curls on in your hair if you want them. But it is a little costly but I love what it did to my hair.

I bought a straighter at Ricky's NYC and i LOVE it! I've used it religiously for a year and it's going on strong. It has a 1' plate...that's pretty much all i remember... def check out Ricky's if you want to invest in one. Their price wasn't that bad either...
