A 'figurine' kind of thing of Green Gables, you know like from Anne of Green Gables. It was a gift, and I thought why not have it at work... but thats about it as far as strange items go.

I have alots of books, pictures frames and vases under my desk. I also have a super size animal cracker box under my desk too.

My nail-clipping, balloon-loving freak of a co-worker.
We also used to have this thing - it's hard to explain - it looked like a Princeton Folder (or File) on top of a small motor. You put big printjobs in it and turned it on and it riffled the pages so that they formed a nice stack with no papers sticking out. But I think it was tossed out when we renovated. That was a cool thing.

Not at this desk, but at another desk I have sat at, the secretary has a mirror that's framed in little tiny skeletons.

Nothing so remotely exciting as the stuff already listed.
I’ve got a small barron Snoopy (with scarf & goggles) sitting in my candy jar (which is a small round vase)
I’ve got my Dream Car Matchbox sitting on my of my computer tower (3rd Generation Mazda RX-7, black)
Updated Dream Car pinned on my wall (Mazda RX-8 promotional flyer)
Last but not least a very stupid picture of my cat with his tongue stuck out, makes me wish I were home in bed.
That’s it. I still feel very odd bringing things to the office since 9/11. I used to have a 6 inch stuffed pocket dragon plush toy with a cowboy bandana around it’s neck that sat on my computer. Now it stays at home because I don’t want to have to get yet another one.
