I have a ton and I don't know what to with them besides strawberry shortcake. FH has been working hard lately and I want to make him a really nice dinner with a nice dessert. Let me know if you have any suggestions! Thanks!
Chocolate covered strawberries are yummy and easy to make. Just melt chocolate and dip, then put in the fridge. Serve with Champagne.

its not a hard dessert to make buit its awesoem - strawberries and cream!!! just add cut strawberries, sour cream adn some susgar (or equal/splenda which i use!) and mix until its somewhat covered - refrigerate for at least an hour and voila! its an old recipe my grandma got us hooked on!

Ohhhh that sounds so good. I have peach schnapps at home...gonna stop to get some strawberries on the way home
