I dont know much about it.. sorry... but is it even still going? i saw signs for it a few weeks ago ( i think it was on Newbridge rd) but i thought it ended alread. i could be wrong.
Theres a big one out in Mattituck...not sure if thats the one you were talking about though. Its a whole big festival....lots of fun!
No it isn't going anymore. It is over. It was a Carnival in Bellmore at a school.
there are strawberry festivals all over the island all summer long.. if you want i can grab the LI activity book it lists all of them

I am going sunday to a strawberry festival out on the south fork somewhere. I go to my bro's for father's day he lives in southold.

We just got back from that festival in Mattituck - it was cool. Lots'o'strawberries, lol. They had rides food and crafts stuff... and we watched the fireworks before we left.
It's in Mattituck at the fair grounds. There's the typical carnival stuff (food and rides), plus a ton of vendors (jewelry, crafts, etc.). And ofcourse, strawberries! They have daquiries (sp?), choc covered strawberries, shortcake, jams, etc. I think Sunday is the last day.
