Strep test and things have started moving =)

I had my strep test today and an internal. My cervix has thinned out and I'm 1 centimeter. Hopefully this means the shows getting on the road!!!!!

I hope so, for your sake. But, don't get your hopes too high - I was 3 cm for about 3 weeks!

My friend was 4 cm for 3 weeks! I DO NOT wish that for you!!!

I'm glad that things are moving though... I wish you the speediest, most comfortable birth EVER!

Congrats, Stacey!! As Claud said, don't get your hopes up!!! I was 1 cm for 5 1/2 weeks. Yep, week 36 until I was induced at 41 1/2 weeks... Sean had NO intention of making it easy on me!! Let's hope Damien cooperates!!!

I hope your test is neg!!!

Well if he doesn't cooperate At least I know they will only wait till 40 weeks and then induce because of the gestational diabetes.

Hang in there Stacey. As my mom always says- you can't to have the baby by the end but once the little one arrives you just pray for one more night sleep! So enjoy your time with your DH and do some nice things for yourself!

Mine took a week and it was +++!! I would rather have not known!!!

Back in the day they never even tested for GBS! Meanwhile, I had antibiotics for almost 22 hours (during labor) and I ended up w/ a fever of 101.2 so my lil Peanut had to spend his 2 days in NICU on antibiotics and he couldn't room w/ mommy!
