Re: stress

first of all breathe!!! go get a massage. tell your fh. i had a very similar experience b/c i was trying to do everything myself and still had a lot to do and was very very anxious. one day, i snapped and dh (fh at the time) pretty much forced me to talk and tell him what i was panicking about. after i told him, he took care of a couple of duties, his mom took on some stuff and allowed me to breathe. i didn't want to share the duties but i needed to or else i was going to go insane.

talk and breathe and ask for help!!! i wish you much luck!!! and just think, 19 days and you'll be on your honeymoon (i hope)!

Re: stress

Anxiety is normal sweetie! Just try not to think about everything! What worked for me?
LISTS< LISTS>LISTS!!! I made lists for everything, so I didn't have to keep track of everything in my head. You feel a sense of accomplishment as you cross things off that list. Try not to stress, delegate, ask for help. I stressed for family drama before the wedding and got a huge ZIT on my forehead because of it. Lovely honeymoon pics I had with the big red mountain in between my eyes

Take a break from wedding talk. My husband and I made a deal that we wouldn't talk about wedding stuff after 8pm at night and on weekends, it helped right until up to our wedding day!

KRISTEN.......!!!!!!

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease relax for me. You don't want to be a puffy red faced bride if you keep crying . We all understand what you're going through and it's normal. All of your planning is coming together and it's going to be GREAT. Lists are very helpful, especially when you check things off.

Stay calm. The last thing you want to do is stress yourself out so much you have a flare-up ...... try to chill

Re: stress

Oh man, I feel your pain. I'm 8 days after you and I was the same way until I made a massive list of EVERYTHING that I need to get done between now and then. I put dates next to the things that are set so I could look at it and see what I can do NOW. I keep this list with me at ALL times, if I lost it I think I'd lose my mind!

Not to say I don't freak out every couple of days but they're far less frequent and they're also quicker and less painful, if that makes any sense.

Breathe deeply and make a massive list. And don't worry if you have to add things as you go along, you'll be crossing stuff out too.
